- Flight deals (great prices we spot)
- Travel rewards (points, miles, and credit cards)
- General travel content (tips/inspiration/news/etc.)
We are already one of Canada’s most-read travel websites, with over a million page views per month. Our current team of 5 will double with this hiring round to help us help more travelers, but we want to remain a fun and friendly team of travel enthusiasts!
Role
We're on the lookout for a ghostwriter with great writing and researching skills who works efficiently and can write daily content (on a variety of travel topics that we will supply) in our desired tone and style.
Responsibilities
- Write original, factually correct, quality travel content that comes across as intelligent and is interesting to read.
- Write efficiently (around 2,000 to 3,000 words daily) on topics we’ll provide, including sections to improve existing content.
- Conduct the required online research to get all the relevant information required to write the posts.
- Mimic the desired tone and style and adapt writings to our specifications.
- Follow guidelines to optimize this new content for SEO.
What We Offer
- Compensation: Ranging from US$15-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

- Hours: This is a full-time position, from 30 to 40 hours per week as you choose.
- Contract period: 3-month trial period, then this is a permanent need.
