Allan Schweyer

Allan Schweyer is a Principal in the Washington DC based firm Center for Human Capital Innovation, which provides strategic consulting and research services to government and military clients. He is also Editor of Leadership Excellence in Government Magazine and volunteers as Chairman of the non-profit Enterprise Engagement Alliance.

Prior to CHCI, he was President & Executive Director of the Human Capital Institute. Trained as a labor market economist, Schweyer has contributed to the field for two decades. He is the author of two books, "Talent Management Systems" (Wiley & Sons, 2004) and “Talent Management Technologies (HCI Press 2009). He speaks and presents worldwide on the topic of transformational human capital management. In 2009 he was recognized as among the “100 Most Influential People in HR and Talent Management”.

Allan’s contributions include the development of award-winning workforce management and information solutions for government, international organizations and the private sector. Allan's articles and white papers appear in dozens of popular media and industry specific publications worldwide.

Gabriel Bouchard

As President and Chief Brand Officer, Gabriel is responsible for the vision and business strategy behind Workopolis, Canada’s leading provider of Internet recruitment and job-search solutions. His more than 16 years experience in online recruiting and employer branding are invaluable to transforming Workopolis’ overall value proposition and commitment to being Canada’s online recruitment solution provider.

Gabriel started his career at the ad agency BCP, now Publicis, helping top brands in consumer products and services to define their brand equity and better promote it to their client networks.  In the mid-1990s, he moved to CALA, which was acquired by TMP Worldwide, one of the world’s largest recruitment advertising agencies. Keri Alletson

Keri Alletson is a consultant with Towers Watson, based in the firm’s Toronto office. Her main areas of interest are workforce health and productivity, talent management, and HR strategy.

Over the past 13 years, Keri has played a key role in the firm’s research initiatives aimed at helping organizations maximize their employee engagement, wellbeing and business performance. The scope of her research includes both Canada-wide efforts to understand employer practices and employee attitudes, as well as global studies on topics ranging from talent management to rewards strategies. Darren Barefoot

Darren Barefoot, co-founder, Capulet Communications, is a writer, marketer and technologist. He has spent the last decade working for technology companies in Canada and Europe.
