Q. Where do I find Internal Job Postings on APOWEB?
A. Open APOWEB and select the link “Internal Job Postings” under “Popular Destinations.”
Q. How do I view job descriptions and key information?
A. Select the job you are interested in from the list of currently posted opportunities.
Q. Who do I contact if I have questions about the job?
A. Please contact the Recruitment Consultant identified on the posting. Please note that it is your responsibility to apply to posted positions by the closing date identified on the posting.
Q. How do I begin the application process?
A. When you have opened a job posting, select “Apply for this job” under the “Tools” heading.
Q. If I am a new user on Workopolis, how do I create an account?
A. To apply to an internally posted position, you require a Workopolis account. Select “join now” and create your own username and password. Your Apotex username and password is not required. The system will then prompt you to either build a resume on the site or attach your existing resume from another location on your computer.
Q. Who do I contact if I have any technical difficulties?
A. Please contact WORKOPOLIS directly for technical support. The Internal Job Posting Board is hosted by Workopolis, not Apotex’s Global Information Services department. Please select the “Click Here” button at the bottom of the webpage to email Workopolis if you require assistance.

Applying for a Job:
Locate the job posting.
- Click on the Apply button.
- Enter you Username and Password
- Click Go
- **If you do not currently have an account, click Join Now.
Select the appropriate resumé and click the Apply Now button.
Review the resumé (and cover letter). Edit where appropriate. Once you have completed your review, click Apply.
